They are nothing but mere thieves! Turning on bounce protection does not "help anyone" but the bank itself. After telling them we did not want it they cut it on again a short time later and screw us over again. Do not put your money in this bank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If there is no money in an account a debit card should not be able to be used. Period.
