This store could use some big improvements. 20 registers and like 3 open when it is busy. Does this store even have a manager? I never see managers and never have seen them. I only hear them on the radio's employee's have giving orders. Where do the manager's stay? Do they all work from Bentonville Arkansas? I don't think so they hide somewhere in the store. The electronics need to have bigger selection. Not very many choices on Computer accessories. The display laptop's are always broken. They should do something about that to watch where people do not break them and I am sure it's adults that do it not kids.
They lock the Garden Center doors and the Main Entrance doors about 2 hours before closing time which only leave one entry/exit. That seems like a safety issue if there was some type of threatening situation. They also only had two registers open which for the current traffic isn't too bad, but they closed down the self checkout which is the last thing that should be closed. Seriously need to work on their customer service and customer care I'm Dublin, GA.
October 30th, 7:50 am, no one will answer any phone in the entire store! Really?!!! Oct. 29th.....not one soul working in Auto center but a guy behind the counter who promises someone will be in at 7am Oct.30th in auto center! Really ?!!
Clean store. Well organized. Polite and courteous associates.
OK walmart. Avoid the Subway. Food was made wrong after several attempts to correct (a chicken bacon ranch should have .... bacon).
