It is sad when you sign up for the highest speed of internet available, yet the internet doesn't even function 75% of the time. They are the only internet providers in my area so they can get away with it. I have nearly failed online tests for school simply because of the internet. I plan to move soon partly because the internet in this town makes it impossible for me to simply be a college student!
Help sucked when we went, husband spoke with them and of course said they would beat Verizon's price, we determined that was a LIE! I was gonna cost us even more to switch. They just didn't seem to "want" our business... so they didn't get it.
My experience has been frustrating with this provider. I will never use AT&T under any circumstances after i move. I have to move to be able to use the internet efficiently. The amount of money I'm paying is outrageous for the services I'm not even provided. I feel mistreated and as though they've scammed me.
