My appointment was at 8:30 for a new patient Appointment and my son's was at 9:30. I didn't get called back to the room until 9:30am. My son started to say that he was hungry. I look at the time and noticed we had been sitting for a while. After sitting for so long, I decided to walk up front desk to see what the hold up was. I was told by a woman at the front desk that because I was new this is why it was taking so long. I saw others being seen before me and I had been there right when they opened the doors. After coming up front, the nurse practitioner finally walked back. She states that the reason why I had not been seen is because I was late. This of course was not the case because I was there waiting at the front door before they even opened. This was absolutely the worst doctors office experience I have ever had. I was there on time at 8:30am and didn't get out of there until 12:05pm.
