Stuck with floor models mattresses that feel like they were issued to someone for a year. They sink really bad in the middle. Talked with salesman that didn't ask for my name but suggested that I sell them in the bargain hunter. I feel as though I was ripped of; unlike mattress firm and tempapedic I don't trick people into spending 2,000 dollars for mattresses that should have been trashed. I will not recommend anyone to do business with this company. Buying these type of mattresses are a Huge investment that should not be so easily dismissed after spending 5,000.00. I still have a payment monthly and am going to have to find another mattress. I don't usually post but the more I think about how I was encouraged to buy them after I discussed with the salesperson my husband and I multiple joint problems.

been waiting all day on my mattress to be delivered.. it is now 6;10 and still havent heard from anyone..Called Dublin and said it might be up till 9 tonight. not happy
Terrible ordering experience, ordered a mattress for a Christmas gift, was guaranteed it would be in and then the day it was suppose to be in a week later I was informed that there was a ordering error and I would not be able to get the mattress I ordered. I was then told I had to drive to the Dublin store from Macon to purchase the floor model. I was then told by Cathy England(manager) that I could purchase the floor model and then return the floor model when they receive another mattress. I was told I would receive a call when the get one in. I contacted the Dublin store and spoke with Drew 2 months later to see if the mattress had came in. I was informed that it had not arrived in store and I was told that I was not forgotten about. It is now 5 months later and no follow up yet. I am still stuck with the floor model.
