Service is very slow, however food is great
On two separate occasions I stood at the counter for help and was ignored both times. Terrible customer service.
This place has been a joke for a loooong time! We recently visited and had a pretty good experience. (This was a shocker) staff was nice, the (new) manager? Was very nice. Just think they stay under staffed, if they would have a good staff during peek hours the customer service rate would go up and then business would be better. This place has ALWAYS failed with table service & customer service. Sure hope this location continues to improve.
I've been doing delivery from them, and they do a pretty good job. It's been taking about 30-35 minuets for my food to arrive, and when it does the food is hot, and fresh. I've been getting mostly pizza delivered from them, but I have tried the wings (garlic parmesan) and they were pretty good.
Quality dropping fast. Staff could care less about the quality of the food or service. Over priced. 2nd visit in 3 months wont be back any time soon.
