The only saving grace of this place was a younger salesman named Mike. Mike is the only reason I didn't lose my cool and go full redneck on these Jackasses. Mike can find a better place to work this dealership sucks.
Buying experience was great at first but two weeks later still trying to get paperwork correct and the wash and cleanup I was promised the day after the sale still hasn't happened. After one week of being rescheduled and put off I washed my own truck. Not a huge deal to me just do what you say you are gonna do guys. Customer service was a big part of why I chose to buy from here but so far I'm not impressed.
I talked to the sales manager Todd on the phone and gave him details of what I wanted. Todd said "I make quick deals. Come on up and we will have you in and out of here." 4 and a half hours later I got into the car I drove up there mad as hell. Willy was the joke of a salesman I was given to and he was more interested in his cell phone than he was making money.
