I told Matt what my wife wanted and how much I wanted our payments to be on Monday!! We went and picked up her new 2017 Highlander Limited on Tuesday evening after we got off work. He stayed late after they closed till we got there had all the paperwork ready and we were in and out in like 20 minutes! Very straightforward and honest!
