Atmosphere was great, restaurant was clean. We was seating right away, server was AMAZING! Wish I remembered her name!!! Kind of short, skinny, white lady with a strong little country accent, I'd give her 10 stars! The manager was super nice, and the food was delicious! Will def be back!
My pasta was undercooked and burnt.... definitely had Very Little cheese, barely noticeable but yet it was suppose to be the 4 cheese mac and cheese! but the chicken was very flavourful. My husband's meal was bland but ok. My daughter's meal came with 2 sides and she requested extra serving of fries... it was about the same as 1 serving compared to my son's 1 serving of fries.
Our waitress came with 2 drinks after taking out order and we didnt see her again until 20mins later when our apps came (which was messed up). About 5 mins later we got our entrees and some of us got refills. Looked over twice to see her counting her tips at the register and we simply couldnt get her attention.... the rest didnt get refils until AFTER we had finished eating and she brough the check... Just terrible!
Waitress was awesome, but Pepsi machine was out of order, very limited drink options unless you wanted alcohol
We were a party of 5, we got there around 7pm and less than half the tables were occupied but we ended up waiting for 11mins until a table was cleaned.... i counted 6 empty tables that were uncleared after customers left.
Experience here for my third trip service was exceptional. Food tasted better too but still fell short on flavor.
However, i observed that the waitress who served a couple tables infront of us constantly rotated between her tables and serviced them quite well.
This is the second bad experience here so im very doubtful that i will return.
Service was great, but the food has gone down hill. 13$ for a prepackaged Mac n cheese. The bacon and cheddar Mac n cheese was amazing and worth the price about three months ago when they made it by hand, but know that it's prepackaged it all sucks. I'm not even kidding, the manager told us himself that they get it frozen and prepackaged now and they leave it out for a day to thaw and then put it in a microwave. We have never been more dissapointed. If you are going to make it cheaper and easier (and consequently less tasty) to produce, the least they can do is have that reflected in the price.

Brought my son, daughter and wife last night. Greeted by Nate and seated at a great table. Waiter took our drink orders but when it came time to order our food he said “when I can find a pen I will be back to take your order.” (We had driven 4 hours to see our kids and we were all hungry.) He eventually came back with a pen, took our order and NEVER EVER came back! We kept seeing Amanda busting tables and we finally asked her could she please take our table! She said yes and got our drink orders caught up. We had been there so long she thought we had ALREADY eaten! When we told her no our food NEVER came out she was completely apologetic!! She had our food out right away and gave us everything we needed. We tipped her GREAT for coming in and saving the day! The other waiter did come over and apologize but offered no explanation. We saw him sitting with the people he obviously knew as we were from out of town. (Except I lived here for 12 years) The manager was aware of our situation and she did at least come by our table to ask if everything was ok. Thank you Amanda for taking us even though you were getting ready to close out your shift. We tipped her extremely well. I hope that other guy picks up his game or either finds a new career.
