A little put back by the long lines at first, however the lined moved very efficiently and quickly without compromising guest service. It was lovely to see these pleasant people talking to locals and making personal connections. The food was delicious and made fresh. The prices were fair and affordable. What this establishment shows, is they will not comprise guest service and that's rare to see. Would love to come back next time I'm in the state.
What a gem! Brian's brings all the aspects of submarine sandwich eating together in perfect harmony in a friendly, community-centric environment. Personal favorite: Salami sandwich, a mile long. At first glance it's a challenge to finish, but take one bite and that challenge quickly turns into an opportunity no one will pass up. I would recommend Brian's to anyone in and around Dublin, GA.
A little touch of heaven in Dublin. We enjoy the friendly atmosphere and great, very fresh sandwiches made to order while you wait. Freshly cut meats and cheeses with crisp veggies and bread not too full of bread. Great employees who make you feel like family. Try Brian's, you will like them.

Love their subs!! Always nice and friendly. When it's busy they still prepare the subs as fast as they can which is nice for people on a time schedule. Once you eat here you will need want to eat subway again! Best subs in town hands down!
